Strait PaintedFreckle is a son of the late and legendary Strait From Texas.  These bloodlines are widely known and very popular for their natural ability in reining, cutting and as a cowhorse.

 Freckle is a proven sire and throws great bone and build on to his foals.  He has been tested to be homozygous for the black gene so he will never throw a sorrel/chestnut.

Freckle stands at 14.3hh and is a very well tempered stallion with a great build, muscle and bone.  He was started under saddle last winter.  His training is coming along very nicely and he is an absolute gentleman with no buck.  With his temperament and bloodlines he should be a natural at anything that comes his way.

 Freckle has been bred to six well bred mares this year for 2010 foals: Kilo Minnie Bar, Sassy Sansation, Hancocks Jossy, A Natural Shade, Smart Smoke N Color and Yank The Sugar Cat.
